Downloading Your Bill on Desktop
You can download and print your MEPCO bill from any desktop or laptop computer. The official PITC portal displays your bill in a printable format that you can save as a PDF or send directly to your printer.
Open the Official Portal
Click "Check MEPCO Bill" to open the PITC portal in your browser.
Enter Reference Number
Enter your 14-digit reference number and click Submit. Your bill will be displayed.
Print the Bill
Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac) to open the print dialog. Select your printer and click Print.
Save as PDF
In the print dialog, select "Save as PDF" or "Microsoft Print to PDF" as the destination instead of a physical printer. Choose a location and save the file.
Download Your Bill Now
Enter your 14-digit reference number or 10-digit customer ID to view and download your bill directly on the official PITC service.
Downloading Your Bill on Mobile
If you are using a smartphone, you can still access, save, and print your MEPCO bill. Modern mobile browsers support PDF saving and wireless printing.
Open the Portal on Mobile
Tap the "Check MEPCO Bill" button to open the official portal in your mobile browser.
Enter Your Reference Number
Type your 14-digit reference number and tap Submit.
Take a Screenshot or Share
Take a screenshot of the bill for quick reference. On Android, press Power + Volume Down. On iPhone, press Side Button + Volume Up.
Use Browser Print/Share
Tap the share icon in your browser and select "Print" to save as PDF or send to a wireless printer.
📱 Tip for Mobile Users
If your bill page does not display correctly on mobile, try rotating your phone to landscape mode or using the "Desktop Site" option in your browser menu.
Before You Pay — Check These Details
After downloading or printing your bill, verify the following before making a payment:
- Confirm the billing month is the current period
- Check the due date — paying after this date incurs a surcharge
- Verify the payable amount matches what you expect
- Review the units consumed for any unusual spikes
- Check for any arrears from previous months
If you notice any discrepancies, file a complaint with MEPCO before making your payment.
